Swim Workouts lets users choose a structured swim workout and download the selected hosted FIT file on supported Garmin watches.

The catalog is organized by workout series, workout entries, and 25 m, 50 m, 25 ft, and 50 ft pool variants. App language, default pool length, and pool units can be changed on the watch or in Garmin Connect IQ app settings.
